Loved the size of the rooms, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms and floors were clean. The staff from valet, to check in, housekeeping, check out were extremely helpful and very friendly considering there were hundreds of guests on site for various activities and not all were pleasant. The views of the city were absolutely beautiful at night! Very relaxing. All in all, I would highly recommend the Sheraton as “THE” place to stay for business or pleasure as they live up to the hype in my opinion!

Bed very comfortable. I had a room on the 32nd floor looking north. They accomodated my request. Terrific view of all of Kansas City! Nice little mini-fridge. Starbucks coffee pouches. Ice-make just down the hall. The "link" was a great connection walk to Union Station.

The beds were comfy and we loved the pillow options. Room was comfortable and cozy!! The "link" to Union Station was excellent.

Nice hotel. Stayed there several times before. It is less crowded and a little quieter than the next closest hotel.

We loved the room, bed was very comfortable. And the view was beautiful!! We weren’t aware there was an outdoor heated swimming pool.

Beds were comfortable, enjoyed the swimming pool. The lobby was spectacular. Very helpful staff.

IT IS SO BIG SO I COULD TAKE MORE THAN ONE DAY TO GET MORE FUN OVER THERE; POOL IS NICE
